Concord Woman Arrested On Child Endangerment, Other Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Melissa Lynn Chilson, born 1989, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. on June 3, 2019, on a warrant at the Merrimack County Savings Bank ATM location on Hall Street.

Tamara A. Ipock, born 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on June 2, on a bench warrant at the Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street.

Shayna J. Kinney, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on June 1, on a stalking charge in the area of Garvins Falls Road.

Tina M. Goodwin, born 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on May 30, and charged with three counts of simple assault, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident in the North End and Washington Street area of the city.

Zachary E. Person, born 1982, of Bow, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on May 29, and charged with possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and a bench warrant on South Street.

Shawn Jordan Albee, born 1992, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:46 a.m. on May 10, on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Kristen M. Decker, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Feb. 14, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge at the Shell opposite Walmart on Loudon Road.

Zachary Alexander Rebello Hoijer, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on Feb. 14, on a criminal mischief charge on Hutchins Street.

Rodolfo Espinosasanchez, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Feb. 14, on two counts of domestic violence-simple assault on Dakin Street.
