Concord Woman Faces Drug, Driving Charges
After a defective brake light traffic stop on Manchester Street, Mandee Greene was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, Zoloft.

A local woman was arrested and held without bail after a traffic stop on Manchester Street, according to an arrest report and court affidavit.
Mandee Greene, 23, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on April 1, 2015, and charged with operating without a valid license, two felony counts of possession of controlled drugs, two counts of possession of drugs, and default or breach of bail conditions.
An officer reported seeing a vehicle traveling east on Manchester Street at around 1:15 a.m. driving “for approximately a half mile with all of its brake lights illuminated,” according to a report.

At one point, the officer noted, the vehicle was accelerating uphill while the brake lights were still illuminated, so the officer deducted that the brake lights were defective. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Greene, allegedly told the officer that she left her license at home. However, a check revealed that Greene had a “pending license,” according to the report.
“Greene then told me that she had just been arrested in Gilford for the same offense,” the officer reported. “It was later determined she had been arrested by Gilford Police Department on 3/6/2015.”

Greene was arrested and released on personal recognizance bail and “ordered to refrain from operating a motor vehicle,” so she was arrested.
An inventory of the vehicle before it was towed, however, and police allegedly found a loose Zoloft pill and a small bag of methamphetamine in the driver’s compartment of the vehicle.
Greene was held on $5,000 cash bail and arraigned later that morning.
