CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to find a convicted assaulter wanted on a probation violation. A warrant for the arrest of Benjamin Andre Bergeron, 30, was issued by Hillsborough County in November 2017. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs around 170 lbs.

Bergeron has brown hair and brown eyes, and numerous tattoos including yin and yang on his right arm, a diamond on his upper right arm, the word "loyalty" on his left arm, and a star on his back.

The task force, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White, has put a "violent tendencies" caution on Bergeron's alert due to the assault conviction.
