Convicted Second-Degree Assaulter Sought by Marshals
Christopher Emmons is wanted for probation violations. He has previously been arrested for threats, mischief, assaults, and a home invasion.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public to assist in finding a second-degree assaulter for alleged probation violations. U.S. Marshals have been asked by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office to find Christopher Emmons, 40.

Emmons – who also goes by the aliases “Chris Emmons,” “Dennis Emmons,” and “Jeffrey Emmons” – is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs around 160 lbs. Emmons has hazel eyes, brown hair, and light skin tone. Emmons has numerous tattoos on his calves, legs, and arms. The aliases are his brother’s names, according to Deputy Jeffrey White of the U.S. Marshals Service, who added that Emmons could be anywhere in the state of New Hampshire, where he has friends, family, and associates.

According to posts online, Emmons, who was living in Pembroke at the time, was arrested in January 2004 in Portsmouth after reportedly barricading himself into a hotel room. He was wanted for a home invasion incident in Rochester. Emmons was also arrested in December 2010, according to Fosters.com, in Rochester on three bench warrants and false report to law enforcement. In October 2013, according to Fosters.com, he was arrested in Rochester for criminal threatening, criminal mischief, and four counts of simple assault, as well as being arrested on a warrant.
