Cops: Nashua Man Scratched 'White Power' Onto Black Kia
Concord Police: Allegedly while high on hallucinogens, Brandon Gurski blamed the paint scratching handiwork on a midget and a leprechaun.

At around 4:30 p.m., police were called to South Main Street across from the Beijing & Tokyo for a man reportedly throwing rocks at cars.
The tipster called police after witnessing a man throwing rocks at a black Kia Forte and later, scraping the sedan with the rocks. The man then appeared to be breaking into another car, she alleged. The woman stopped her car to call police. After that, the man started to approach her “mumbling gibberish” and asking if she was calling police, according to the reports. She then moved from the area until police arrived.

When the first officer arrived, the caller pointed to the man, later identified as Gurski, and provided a written statement while the officer approached the man and put him in cuffs. A second officer arrived at the scene and alleged that Gurski had glossy red eyes and smelled like alcohol.
“Gurski stated that he had drank a lot of alcohol today and he took some hallucinogenic drugs and marijuana,” the officer alleged.
Gurski was standing next to a Honda CR-V with “F--- U DIE” scratched into the paint on the passenger side of the SUV. When asked who had done the damage to the vehicle, “Gurski stated that a 4-foot midget and a 4-foot leprechaun scratched the door of the car.” He later stated that he was throwing rocks at the windows and they wouldn’t break like they always do, according to the reports. Gurski then allegedly admitted to scratching the SUV.
When asked if he scratched “F--- YOU WHITE POWER” onto the black Kia Forte parked nearby, he allegedly admitted that he had and confirmed a rock on the ground was the one he used to cause the damage. The vehicle also sustained dents and scratches presumed to be more than $1,000 worth of damage so when he was arrested, the vandalism charge was elevated to a felony.
Police checked with the owners of the vehicles to see if there was any previous scratches or damage. Both said the cars were not damaged when they parked them on South Main Street.
Gurski refused bail and was arraigned on Sept. 14 remotely from jail.
According to online reports, Gurski has a long history of arrests including an April 2012 arrest in Nashua for disorderly conduct, according to a post on Nashua Patch, and a criminal threatening charge from May 2013. In August 2013, he was arrested for criminal trespass, simple assault, and attempt to commit theft in Nashua, according to police. According to the Nashua Telegraph, six years ago, Gurski was reportedly arrested for pointing a knife at a woman and threatening to cut her throat.
