Crash Reported On I-89 North; One Taken To Concord Hospital
New Hampshire State Police are investigating a crash on Interstate 89 North with Concord EMTs transporting one to the hospital.
CONCORD, NH — One person was transported to Concord Hospital after a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 89.
Around 3 p.m., New Hampshire State Police dispatch began receiving reports about a blue Ford sedan with New Hampshire plates having "lane control issues" after leaving the area of the Hooksett tolls. Dispatch said reports about the vehicle were also made to Troop B troopers — who cover the central and southern part of the state, including Manchester, Nashua, Bedford, and Londonderry.
"We have had a few callers," dispatch told troopers in the field.

About six minutes later, witnesses reported the vehicle was getting off at Exit 12S on I-93 North and a trooper suggested dispatch inform Bow police about the vehicle.
About few minutes later, state police dispatch told troopers that a witness reported the vehicle was on I-89 North. A minute later, dispatch said, "The vehicle crash into an embankment," and then said, "It's back on the highway, continuing. It's going about 12 miles an hour."

A trooper near the Bow junction as well as one at the Troop D barracks headed to I-89 where they later reported that the sedan drove into the woods south of Exit 2.
Troopers shut down the high-speed lane while calling for Concord fire and rescue teams to assist.
The driver, a woman in her 20s, was "reportedly conscious but not responsive," the trooper said, and was taken to Concord Hospital.
