CRIME LOG: Teen at Booze Party Bust Used Phony Name

CONCORD, NH — Braden Lynn, 19, of Isle of Palms, SC, was issued another summons in relation to an underage alcohol party on Thackeray Road, for unlawful possession of alcohol. According to a summons report, an attorney representing Lynn made contact with the city prosecutor’s office in reference to an under age drinking party on May 18. Lynn, according to the report, allegedly gave the officer a “bad reference (in) reference to his identity,” using the name Christopher Wallace on the date in question. A new summons was issued on June 10.
Mark A. Emmons, 49, of Concord, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. on June 3, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an alleged incident at 7 p.m. on May 25, at the Irving gas station on Fisherville Road. Emmons turned himself into police and was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on July 8.
Bonita Sevigny, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 3:11 a.m. on June 4, on a bench warrant. Officers were called to a motor vehicle accident at Manchester Street where a vehicle had rolled over and was on its roof. During the processing of the accident, dispatch revealed that Sevigny had a warrant out for her arrest from Manchester District Court, for nonappearance, on May 30, with $2,000 cash bail. The original charge was suspension of registration. She was transported to Concord Hospital for evaluation and later booked. She refused bail and was transported to Merrimack County Jail. She was arraigned on June 4.

Reginald Follansbee III, 66, of Concord, received a summons at 6:23 p.m. on June 5, for transportation of alcohol/open container. An officer was called to the Tedeschi Food Store at Thirty Pines on Fisherville Road for a report of a driver with an open container. The officer caught up with the 1995 Lincoln Continental and allegedly saw an open can of Budweiser on the center console. The driver, Follansbee, reportedly told the officer that he opened the can while at home on North Main Street. While checking the vehicle, the officer allegedly found a cooler full of Budweiser but none were opened. Follansbee passed a field sobriety test, with a breath result of 0.00, according to the report. Follansbee received a summons and is due in court on July 25.
Jean B. Cyr, 52, received a summons at 2:45 p.m. on June 6, for a false inspection or registration sticker. An officer, while traveling on Pembroke Road, reportedly saw a 2003 Pontiac Montana with an orange “4” inspection sticker. The officer also noted a rear brake light out and pulled the van over. Cyr reportedly told the officer that her daughter’s boyfriend got the vehicle inspected but she didn’t recall the name of the shop. Cyr removed the sticker so the officer could inspect it. The officer alleged that it was oak tag paper with a 4 cut out of the black tape held onto the windshield with clear duct tape. She was issued two summonses and is due in court on July 15.

Susan Gaglione, 54, of Concord, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. on June 10, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stemmed from an allegedly incident at 8:50 a.m. on Merrimack Street in Penacook. Gaglione turned herself into police and was later, released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. She is due in court on July 15.
John E. Black, 27, of Manchester, was arrested 1:49 p.m. on June 11, on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. The charges stem from alleged incidents on May 14, at the TD Bank on North Main Street. Police allege that he stole $100 from a TD Bank account and $463 from a Logix Credit Union account. Black turned himself into police and was later released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. He has a court date on July 15.
Thomas J. Houle, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. on June 12, and charged with possession of controlled drugs and disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an alleged incident on May 7, outside the back of the Vegas Block Apartment building on North Main Street. Police allege that Houle was in possession of marijuana buds, a roach, and herbal incense. Houle was picked up at the New Hampshire Probation and Parole Office on 281 North State Street. He was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on July 15.
Bryce A. Lundgren, 51, of Concord, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on June 13, on a duty to report charge, sex registration form, from May 20. Lungren turned himself into police and was later released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on July 15.
Joseph D. Brouillette, 58, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11 p.m. on June 14, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Officers were dispatched to Shaw’s on Fort Eddy Road for a report of a man passed out on a bench. An employee for the private security firm that patrols Shaw’s attempted to wake the man up, who was sleeping on a picnic table, but he wouldn’t. Officers tried to wake him but he wouldn’t wake up. Startled, the man woke up, and threw his arm up, allegedly hitting an officer in the arm. The man reportedly yelled “something to the affect you don’t want to f--- with me,” the officer reported. He was arrested. Brouillette reportedly stated that he was drinking and smoking marijuana earlier. Later, with a Massachusetts ID, was identified, booked, and process. He refused bail and was arraigned the next day.
