CRIME LOG: Teen Faces Felony Drug Charge

CONCORD, NH — Tabitha Elizabeth Lopez, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. on April 6, 2013, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. An officer was dispatched to Fisherville Road for a domestic disturbance in progress. The caller reported that he could hear yelling and screaming from the apartment. He advised dispatch that a woman had left the scene in a car. While traveling on North State Street in the area of Peabody Street, the officer reportedly saw the car traveling southbound and pulled the vehicle over. The woman, Lopez, was visibly upset and distraught. The officer reported seeing red marks on her neck. Lopez alleged that she and her husband were having problems. While speaking with Lopez, other officers spoke to her husband and advised that Lopez would be arrested and charged. Lopez reportedly stated that her husband assaulted her but a commander stepped in to advise officers to arrest the person who was determined to be the primary aggressor in the alleged dispute. The man told the officers that their children reportedly hid a pair of pants and Lopez allegedly began to lose control of herself, throwing items around the apartment. Officers reported seeing items all around the apartment. After retrieving her pants, the husband reportedly tried to calm her down and that was when she allegedly began striking him in the face, with both hands, according to the report. Officers gathered evidence at the scene. She was later arrested and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Lopez had a court date on May 6.

John J. Sheehan, 45, a homeless man now living in Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on April 20, on a consumption of liquor on private property charge. An officer was dispatched to an alarm activation at The Friendly Kitchen on Commercial Street. The officer reportedly noticed a man sitting on the front steps with an open container of Natty Beer. The officer could smell alcohol coming from the man and Shaheen reportedly slurred his words as he spoke. Shaheen allegedly stated that while charging their phones at The Friendly Kitchen, he attempted to get himself up off the ground using the door handle, he pulled it and the alarm went off. His friends reportedly took off, but Shaheen stayed at the scene. Sheehan reportedly said he was living at one of the camps and didn’t care that he was trespassing. Shaheen reportedly finished the beer, put the can on the ground, crushed it in front of the officer, and put it in his jacket pocket. He was then arrested and is due in court on June 8.

Carey J. Spear, 41, of Concord, received a summons at 6 p.m. on April 23, on possession of alcoholic beverages on public property. While on South Main Street, an officer reportedly observed a man crossing Main Street near Pleasant and he “appeared to be intoxicated, as he was unable to walk in a straight line.” The officer parked at Bicentennial Square. The man reportedly leaned against a building near North State Street and “appeared to have fallen against the building.” The officer approached the man, later identified as Spear, and during a conversation with him, he allegedly dropped an open 24-ounce can of Icehouse Beer. Spears reportedly said, “Oops,” before crushing the can beneath his feet. He was later taken into protective custody and held at the Merrimack County Jail. He is due in court on June 10.
Brandon Evan Record, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on April 28, and charged with liquor law violation and a bench warrant. Officers were called to Pinewood Trail for a car alarm going off. While inspecting the situation, Record was reportedly seen with an open container. A check of Record’s record yielded a bench warrant out of Concord District Court from Aug. 16, 2012, for nonpayment of fine in the amount of $595 cash to settle.

Jamie B. Bonner, 30, of Hillsboro, received a summons at 3:50 p.m. on April 30, on a driving after revocation or suspension violation. An officer allegedly saw a woman driving a Chrysler Sebring through a red light on Loudon Road. The officer stopped the vehicle outside the Buffalo Wild Wings and the woman, Bonner, reportedly told the officer she was upset and didn’t realize she went through the light. Bonner handed the officer paperwork, including information that her driving privileges were restored last year. However, dispatch informed the officer that Bonner’s privileges were suspended on Jan. 2, for failure to pay court fines. She was released on a summons with a court date on June 17.
Joshua Taylor Mitchell, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. on May 3, on a felony conspiracy to commit charge from Longmeadow Drive. The case allegedly involved a bullet from a 50-4 and a book with a mall bullet inside from Jan. 21. Evidence collected by police included photos from the scene and audio recordings from March 14. Mitchell was arrested at Concord High School on the criminal threatening warrant. He was held on $25,000 cash bail. He was arraigned on May 6.
Kelsey Shea McCarthy, 22, of Loudon, was arrested at 12:26 p.m. on May 3, and charged with five counts of default or breach of bail conditions on March 31, April 8, April 9, and April 10. Officers were called to Dick’s Sporting Goods to arrest McCarthy on the charges with stem from alleged incidents at New Hampshire State Prison. She was held on $16,000 cash bail and arraigned on May 6.
Robert Lucier, 19, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on May 3, and charged with conspiracy to commit and criminal liability for conduct of another, both felonies. The case allegedly involved a bullet from a 50-4 and a book with a mall bullet inside from Jan. 21. Lucier turned himself into police on criminal threatening charges and held on $10,000 cash bail and held at Merrimack County House of Correction. He was arraigned remotely on May 6.
Arianne Rogers, 38, of White River Junction, VT, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on May 4, on a bench warrant. An officer was called to Thirty Pines on Village Street for a report of a domestic disturbance between a woman, who was visibly upset, and two men. Dispatch told the officers to be looking for the woman with the motorcycle helmet. Upon arrival the officers spoke to the parties who all stated that the argument was only verbal. Dispatch later informed the officer that the woman, Rogers, was wanted by Lebanon District Court for driving while under revocation from April 8. She was arrested and later released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail. Rogers is due in Lebanon District Court on May 20.
