Democrats Unveil Trump-Sununu 'Haunted House Of Policy Horrors'
Watch: The New Hampshire activists launch a "scary" and "terrifying" tongue-in-cheek attack against a Republican president and governor.
CONCORD, NH — On Saturday, it is Halloween, and most of the ghosts and goblins will be out and about, trick-or-treating, in places where it is still allowed, because some communities have banned the holiday due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
But the parents of those children are in the midst of another "horror" show, of sorts — the 2020 general election. Yes, it is "silly season" again in swing state New Hampshire. But why not make it sillier with a side of seriousness?
That is what Democrats did Friday by turning the state party headquarters on North State Street in Concord into a haunted house. But not just any haunted house — they turned it into the "Trump and Sununu’s Haunted House Of Policy Horrors."

At the same time, for team blue, stopping any potential repeal of the Afforable Care Act or preserving women's reproductive rights was important, too, as noted by state Rep. Kris Schultz, D-Concord, and Holly Shulman, a spokesperson for the party. Ray Buckley, the chairman of the party, also chimed in, holding back giggles to his puns and prose.
During Thursday's press conference, Gov. Chris Sununu, R-NH, said he was building a large Halloween display for trick-or-treaters and found it to be a real stress reliever working on the project.
Patch requested some pictures, to include with this post, to allow for a bit of fairness, but the campaign did not respond to the request. If the NH GOP ever sets up a similar display, Patch will be there.
