Dover Woman Accused Of Wrong-Way Drunken Driving In Concord
A New Hampshire State Police trooper, on a construction detail, accused Sarah Davis of driving north on the southbound Exit 13 off-ramp.

CONCORD, NH — A woman from Dover was arrested on Wednesday accused of wrong-way drunken driving on Interstate 93 in Concord.
A New Hampshire State Police trooper, who was working a construction detail on the highway, was monitoring traffic when he spotted a car driving north on the southbound Exit 13 off-ramp. The driver was “approaching the southbound travel lanes,” according to Sgt. Vincent Grieco of Troop D.
“(The) sergeant quickly positioned his police vehicle across the off-ramp blocking the approaching vehicle from entering the travel lanes of the Interstate,” he added.
