Cooperation to move cars off the street is greatly appreciated to help crews more efficiently clear snow. Cars not removed from the street can impede snow removal and block plows on narrow streets. Violators are subject to receiving a ticket and being towed by Concord Police. Free parking is available in the City garages from 7:00 p.m. tonight until 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning for permit/lease spaces, and until 9:00 a.m. for metered spaces.
