According to state police, at just after 10 p.m. last night, Bow Police attempted to stop a 2016 Dodge Ram pickup truck for a speeding violation. The vehicle, however, allegedly failed to stop and crashed on Hall Street. The pickup truck then continued driving and entered onto I-93 North at Exit 12, according to state police.

“The Bow Police Department requested the assistance of the New Hampshire State Police and troopers from Troop D responded to the area,” according to Sgt. James Steinmetz of the NHSP. “It was further reported that the Dodge pickup was driving erratically and was having lane control issues.”

A trooper caught up to the pickup truck near Exit 18 in Canterbury and continued the pursuit. The vehicle, he reported, “was all over the roadway” and driving erratically. A second trooper also engaged in the pursuit as the pickup exited I-93 at Exit 1.

“Troopers from Troop D were able to successfully deploy stop sticks disabling the pickup’s tires,” Steinmetz said. “The pickup got back on Interstate 93 at Exit 19 southbound and exited the interstate at Exit 18 and made a left turn on West Road. The pickup went off the roadway where it became stuck.”

Kenneson – the only occupant of the vehicle – was immediately arrested and held on $15,000 cash bail.

Anyone who witnessed or may have information regarding the vehicle pursuit is urged to contact Trooper Anthony Pratt at 603-223-4381.

According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, last May, Kenneson was driving a Harley-Davidson motorcycle in Belmont when he crashed into a vehicle backing out of a driveway on Jamestown Road. The crash took the life of his wife, Nicole Kenneson. In October 2015, he was arrested for felony battery by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department in Florida.
