Drunken Man Knocking on Hotel Doors Leads to Charges: Log
Police: Mass. woman arrested on DWI charges after disabled vehicle, with crash damage, that wasn't disabled is found on Clinton Street.

CONCORD, NH – Cristina R. Sarette, 54, of Bow Center Road in Bow, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2105, for conduct after an accident from Nov. 19, 2015, near the Centennial Inn in Pleasant Street. She’s due in court on Jan. 11, 2016.
Nichole S. Stanford, 20, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on Dec. 1, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from Nov. 15, 2015, at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. She was arrested at her apartment. Stanford, who was currently on pre-trial due to a prior drug charge, is due in court on Jan. 4, 2016.

Natasha R. Bruce, 26, of High Ridge Trail in Concord, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Nov. 30, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from May 19, 2015, at Walmart on Loudon Road. She was arrested by New Hampshire State Police for a plate light violation and was handed over to Concord Police on a warrant. Bruce is due in court on Jan. 4, 2016.
Kimberly Graham, 27, Benjamin M. Berry, 38, Craig S. Laber, 53, and Anthony M. Shinholster, 37, all homeless, received summonses at 7:40 p.m. on Nov. 10, for possession of alcoholic beverages-public property for allegedly drinking beer near the New Hampshire Department of Transportation Building area under the Loudon Road bridge.

Margaret B. Watkins, 65, of Mansion Road in Dunbarton, received a summons at 8:45 a.m. on Oct. 28, for negligent driving after a collision at South Fruit and Pleasant streets. During the process of speaking with the drivers, the officer alleged that Watkins stated that she was paying more attention to something in the back seat rather than the operation of her car.
Kehley M. Smith, 25, of Old Center Road in Deerfield, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on Oct. 28, for driving after revocation or suspension, uninspected, and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Clinton Street for lack of an inspection sticker. The vehicle, a 2001 Chevrolet K1500, had a passenger side brake light out and the rear window was covered in plastic, according to the report. Her registration was suspended the day before for failure to pay.
Joyce E. Roach, 54, of Haverhill Street in Rowley, MA, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Oct. 15, was arrested on two counts of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and transportation of alcohol/open container. She was arrested after police were sent to Clinton Street near Silk Farm Road for a disabled vehicle off the road. The vehicle had its engine running but the driver, Roach, allegedly insisted to officers that the vehicle wasn’t running. The officer noticed that the side of the truck was completely smashed and when asked if she had been in an accident, Roach allegedly told the officers, “Oh that’s from last week.” The first officer noted that she smelled like alcohol but she allegedly denied drinking. After field sobriety tests, she was arrested. An inventory of the vehicle found an empty bottle of wine and full bottles of liquor, according to the report.
Rickey F. Patch, 57, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. on Oct. 15, for felony duty to report. On Sept. 21, 2015, he allegedly failed to inform police of his sex offender status. He was arrested at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.
