CONCORD, NH — David James Petriel, born in 1994, of Weare, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on March 27, 2025, on a criminal mischief charge. Travis Kenneth Allard, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. on March 27 on sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply and registration of online identifiers charges, both felonies. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Raymond J. Hastings Jr., born 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on March 25 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Kaitlyn Reed, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on March 24 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

Jasmine E. Dargon, born in 1991, of Concord, received a summons at 8 p.m. on March 22 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet at 80 Storrs St.

Janessa Evelyn Luciano, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. on March 21 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Christopher Wathen, born in 1985, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on March 17 on two warrants and two bench warrants. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Kendra Collett, born in 1990, of Mason City, Iowa, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on March 14 on driving after revocation or suspension and speeding charges after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Jazmin M. Donovan, born in 1997, of Boscawen, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. on March 14 on felony possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc. and two receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Portsmouth Street.

Terry Shaiquan Ryland, born in 1995, of East Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. on March 13 on false imprisonment and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges after an incident or investigation on Pembroke Road. He was arrested again at 2:50 p.m. on March 13 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, two stalking, and two breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Pembroke Road.

Steven Joseph Hamel Jr., born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 3:11 a.m. on March 12 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.
