Eversource Recognizes Hooksett Resident for Excellent Customer Service

Emily Piquette was honored last week as part of the company's celebration of National Customer Service Week.

MANCHESTER, NH — Eversource is proud to recognize Emily Piquette of Hooksett as part of the company's celebration of National Customer Service Week. In her six years with Eversource, Piquette has been a caring voice for customers with concerns, going above and beyond to provide a positive experience, according to a press statement.

"When I talk to a customer, I try to make our conversation the best part of their day," she said. "If they're experiencing an issue, I want to turn it around and help them find a resolution."

Piquette started her career with Eversource in the Customer Service Center. In January, she transferred to the business contact center, where she assists businesses large and small by answering billing questions and providing information about energy efficiency programs. Over the years, Piquette has served on the front-lines with kindness and compassion, reassuring customers experiencing outages and helping to gather vital information for crews in the field.
