According to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White, marshals received “multiple anonymous tips” that Poole had been seen in and around Concord recently. He was a posted Fugitive of the Week back in February on Patch and other media outlets. The task force was able to take the tips and develop more information, which eventually led to Poole being captured in an apartment on Downing Street.

Poole was held at the federal courthouse in Concord and will be arraigned tomorrow. According to White, Manchester and Concord police departments, Belknap, Hillsborough, Strafford & Rockingham County Sheriff’s Offices, along with deputy U.S. Marshals, all participated in the raid and capture of Poole.
