Felon Fugitive Wanted On Probation Violation: New Hampshire Department Of Corrections

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for help finding a fugitive wanted on a parole violation, accused of absconding from supervision.

Eben Noyes Lambert is 65, white, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighs around 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and partially gray hair. Lambert has no known aliases, tattoos, or scars.

“Lambert is currently on supervision for charges of assault-simple,” an alert stated. “Lambert has an extensive criminal history, including felon in possession dangerous weapon, bail jumping, criminal threatening, violation of protective orders, simple assaults, and manufacturing-controlled drug.”

A caution was put on his fugitive notice warning that Lambert has “dangerous and violent tendencies.”

Lambert’s criminal history, according to superior court records, dates back to the early 1990s.

Lambert was charged with felon in possession of a dangerous weapon in Keene and pleaded guilty to the charge in July 1999. He received a suspended sentence. The sentence was amended after a probation violation in January 2000. It was amended a second time in March 2000.

In Cheshire County in 2004, Lambert was accused of several felon in possession of dangerous weapon, felonious sexual assault, and simple assault charges. Many of the charges were nolle prossed. Lambert pleaded guilty to two simple assault and two felon in possession charges in February 2007. He received one and a half to four year sentences, partially suspended, with 326 days pretrial credit. Lambert also pleaded guilty to a bail jumping charge in February 2007 and received a suspended sentence.
