Fentanyl Felon Again Sought By New Hampshire’s Fugitive Task Force
Jose Hiram Martinez Rolon is wanted for a supervised release violation from November 2021 after a conspiracy conviction. Have you seen him?

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is still attempting to locate and arrest a federal fugitive who was first featured in May.
Jose Hiram Martinez Rolon is 30, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighs around 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Andrew Grillo, a deputy marshal, said Martinez Rolon sometimes uses the aliases “Ardilla” or “Squirrel.” Originally from Puerto Rico, he has tattoos of a clown face on his right front arm and a black rose on his right hand. He also has the tattoo, “Aldilla Alondra,” on his right arm, Grillo said.

The warrant for his arrest was issued in November 2021 out of the U.S. District Court in Concord.

“Martinez Rolon originally pleaded guilty in 2020 to selling fentanyl,” Grillo said. “Since November 2021, Martinez Rolon has been avoiding capture. The new case agent has requested assistance from the public in locating Martinez Rolon, who is believed to have strong ties to Manchester.”
Online reports stated he was one of seven people to be accused of trafficking fentanyl in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Many received multi-year sentences after arrests in 2018.

According to superior court records, Martinez Rolon pleaded guilty to misdemeanor controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs kept and driving after revocation or suspension charges in December 2017, after being arrested in Manchester earlier that year. Originally, he faced a felony controlled drug act: acts prohibited charge, but the charge was amended later. A felony falsifying physical evidence charge was nolle prossed as part of the plea deal. In February 2019, he was accused of violating a court order and, in March 2019, failed to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court North. A warrant was issued for his arrest. No other information was available about the case.
