Lawrence Woman Pleads Guilty To Fentanyl Trafficking
U.S. Attorney: Karina Reyes was one of seven people accused of being involved in a narcotics case in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

CONCORD, NH — A Massachusetts woman is the fifth of seven defendants who has pleaded guilty to trafficking fentanyl in two states, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Karina Reyes, 29, of Lawrence, MA, admitted to distributing fentanyl in U.S. District Court Monday. Reyes, according to investigators with the New Hampshire State Police, Manchester police, and U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, lived with a drug trafficker in Lawrence, and sometimes provided transportation services for him while he was having telephone conversations, and making arrangements to line up drug deals in New Hampshire.
"Those who participate in the trafficking of fentanyl will be arrested and prosecuted," said U.S. Attorney Scott Murray. "It is vital to the health and safety of the public that we disrupt the distribution of this lethal substance. Law enforcement at all levels is united in the effort to stop traffickers."
Co-defendants in the case also include Billy Damuel Maldonado Cancel, Jose Hiram Martinez Rolon, Samuel Ramos, and Abelino Morales-Padilla, who all previously pleaded guilty to fentanyl trafficking charges.
