Fiorina Comes to Concord Tuesday to Talk Business

Potential Republican presidential candidate will be first New Hampshire House Business Coalition candidate on April 28.

The New Hampshire House Business Coalition, in partnership with the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, announced today that they will host a series of business roundtable events with the major presidential candidates from both parties beginning next week, according to a press statement.

The first speaker will be Carly Fiorina of California, the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard and a likely Republican first-in-the-nation presidential primary candidate.

“We want to provide an opportunity for employers and legislators to learn more about the candidates’ specific ideas for improving the business climate and economy,” said New Hampshire House Business Caucus founder and chairwoman, state Rep. Laurie Sanborn, R-Bedford. “As state representatives, it’s so important that we regularly interact with the business community and employers in the state to hear their concerns and ideas.”
