Franklin Woman Arrested After Fatal DWI Crash On Interstate 93
Kristina Perry was arrested after being accused by state police of driving drunk, crashing into Gabriel Anthony of Pittsfield and his car.

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police are investigating a fatal DWI crash on Interstate 93 south in Sanbornton on Friday.
Around 10:30 p.m., troopers received reports about a two-vehicle crash on the highway near Mile Marker 63. When they arrived, they found an Audi Q5 about 20 feet down an embankment and a Volkswagen Jetta, 100 feet to the south, and off into a median, Amber Lagace, the public information officer for state police, said.
According to investigators, Gabriel Anthony, 24, of Pittsfield, was standing in the right-hand breakdown lane, outside of his vehicle, when he and the Jetta were struck by Kristina Perry, 38, of Franklin, who was driving the Audi.

Anthony was pronounced dead at the scene.
Perry was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and arrested later on a driving while intoxicated charge. She was held without bail and is due in Belknap County Superior Court on Monday.

State police were at the scene for several hours. One lane of the highway was closed for around six hours. Troopers were assisted by the Sanbornton and New Hampshire fire departments, Sanbornton police, the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, and several Good Samaritans.
