“The caller stated that the female was acting ‘strange’ and provided a description of the vehicle that she was operating,” according to the report.

The woman and the vehicle left the area but were located later on Hooksett Road by an officer. The vehicle – a 2000 Jeep Cherokee – was confirmed stolen out of Concord, according to police. The officer alleged that the vehicle pulled into the Mega-X parking lot on Hooksett Road.

Officers approached the vehicle and commanded the woman – later identified as Ano – to get out of the vehicle and she complied and was arrested.

Ano was charged, processed, and released on personal recognizance bail. She’s due in Merrimack Superior Court on April 20.

Last year, according to a report on Concord NH Patch, Ano was arrested in May for theft after an alleged incident at Hannaford. She was arrested at Merrimack County Pre-Trial Services. Ano was also taken into protective custody in Northfield in March 2015, and in Tilton in 2013 for fraudulent use of a credit card.
