Felon Fugitive, Wanted On Probation Violation, Arrested In Manchester By SWAT Team
Mason-Wilder Thomas Marceau, a fugitive of the week from May, was arrested in Manchester on Wednesday, will be transported back to prison.

CONCORD, NH — A fugitive of the week from May was captured last week in Manchester, according to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections.
Mason-Wilder Thomas Marceau, 29, who was wanted on a parole violation connected to a second-degree assault incident, was arrested on Wednesday by Manchester police after being found inside a residence in the Queen City.

“Following a period of surveillance by the crime unit and SWAT team, a search warrant was executed at the residence,” corrections said Friday. “Marceau surrendered quickly and without incident.”

Marceau is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections awaiting transport to the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, officials said. Corrections also thanked the police for their assistance with the case.
According to superior court records, Marceau was accused of burglary in Meredith in February 2019. He pleaded guilty to the charge in May 2021 and received a 2- to 4-year sentence, suspended for three years. He also received 208 days of credit for time served. In August 2021, 10 violation of a protective order charges were filed against Marceau derived from incidents in December 2020, January 2021, and February 2021 in Laconia. In January 2022, he pleaded guilty to five counts and received concurrent 12-month sentences with 43 days time served.
