Fugitive, Wanted Since November 2021, Arrested By Task Force
Jason Lee Brewer, who was wanted for failure to appear in superior court on a narcotics charge, was arrested on Wednesday.

CONCORD, NH — More tips led to another capture of a Granite Stater accused of skipping out on a court date.
Jason Lee Brewer, 38, was featured in late January after a November 2021 warrant was issued against him for failure to appear in Strafford County Superior Court on a narcotics charge, reportedly involving heroin-fentanyl.
After being featured, the joint fugitive task force received a number of tips stating he was in the Rochester area. On Wednesday, task force members found Brewer at a Buffy Street home. He was arrested and held at the Strafford County Jail until a future court date.

“The Fugitive of the Week program continues to thrive here in New Hampshire since its creation in 2007,” U.S. Marshal Nick Willard said. “The fugitive task force places a high priority on these cases and the number of arrests consistently shows how well this program works. This is thanks to the great cooperation between law enforcement, the public, and the media.”
According to superior court records, Brewer is a felon due to drug possession convictions out of Milton from 2007. He was later charged with violation of probation after being convicted. In 2012, he was accused of felonious sexual assault, sexual assault, and prohibited sales of alcohol in Berlin. The felony charge was nolle prossed after he pleaded guilty to the two other charges. State police charged him with drug possession in July 2016 but those charges were dropped. Brewer was also charged with drug possession in Milton in September 2019 and drug possession in Rochester in September 2020.
