Fugitive Warrant Issued For Felon With 3 Decades Of Criminal History
The New Hampshire Department of Corrections has been searching for Robert Michael Mozeika for nearly 9 months due to a parole violation.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is searching for a parolee with a lengthy criminal history, accused of absconding from supervision and not complying with parole conditions.
Robert Michael Mozeika is 59, white, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs 208 pounds. He has hazel eyes and partially gray hair. Investigators in a fugitive alert stated he has the letters “MW” tattooed on his left hand.
The New Hampshire Adult Parole Board wants Mozeika on a warrant issued on Dec. 19, 2023, after being paroled in March 2023 after escape and theft convictions.

“Mozeika has a history of substance abuse,” an alert stated. “(He also) has an extensive criminal history to include previous convictions for DWI, criminal mischief, burglary, simple assault, and robbery.”
Previously, he lived in North Haverhill but is known to frequent Concord, Littleton, and Bradford, Vermont.

According to superior court records, Mozeika's criminal history dates back more than three decades. He was accused of burglary in Grafton County in 1993 and pleaded guilty to three charges in 1997. While those cases were going on, Mozeika was accused of burglary in Littletown in 1996. A jury found him guilty in March 1998.
In September 2006, he was accused of felony receiving stolen property, driving under the influence, taking without owner’s consent, and two driving after revocation or suspension charges in Concord, and a felony theft count in Allenstown. He pleaded guilty to the DUI, one revocation, and the consent charges and was accused of violating probation in February 2008. The other charges were nolle prossed.
A few years later, he was accused of felony theft in Bradford. He pleaded guilty to the charge in October 2010, was fined $4,816.97, and given credit for 164 days served in jail. Mozeika was also given two years probation. Three months later, there was a hearing on restitution, and in May 2011, he violated probation. Mozeika was given 56 days credit for time served in jail and ordered to pay $1,200 restitution.
Mozeika was accused of robbery, kidnapping, criminal threatening, criminal restraint, and drunken driving in Epsom in June 2012. About a year later, he pleaded guilty to theft, threat, and robbery charges, and received a three-and-a-half to seven-year sentence, suspended for 15 years, with 294 days of jail time credit. Mozeika was also fined $930, also suspended.
His sentence was amended later and reduced.
In October 2015, Mozeika was accused of escape but the four charges were nolle prossed in April 2016.
In Somersworth in February 2018, he was accused of felony receiving stolen property and criminal trespass. In Dover in September 2018, he was accused of escape and criminal mischief. Mozeika received a suspended sentence on the stolen property charge and a two- to four-year sentence on the escape charge in June 2019, all suspended for five years.
In October 2019, a warrant was issued for his arrest and he was caught about two years later. In March 2022, his sentence was amended to two- to four-years in jail with 190 days time served.
Mozeika was paroled in March 2023 and has not been seen since.
