Hinckley Allen Welcomes New Associate Sabrina E. Dunlap To Its Corporate & Business Practice

Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Sabrina E. Dunlap to its Corporate & Business practice.Sabrina was most recently Senior Corporate Counsel at athenahealth, Inc.

Sabrina’s practice is focused on regulatory issues related to the collection and use of patient data and personal information, and ensuring compliance with laws related to the protection of health information, data privacy, and consumer protection, including HIPAA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, the FTC Act, FDA regulations, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and FCC rules and regulations. In addition, she advises on employment and data privacy matters in connection with corporate transactions in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, technology, and consumer products.

In addition to her legal work, Sabrina is involved in her community. She is Chair of the Juvenile Arthritis Committee and member of the Leadership Board for the Massachusetts chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, as well as a member of the Family Advisory Council at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Sabrina earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, graduating cum laude, where she was a Note & Comment Editor of the American University International Law Review. She received a B.A. with honors in Political Science from Trinity College (CT).
