Homeless Man Rants, Raps, and Runs from Cops
Concord Police allege that during processing, Mohammed-Amin Habjouqa threatened to kill everyone in America.

A homeless man, who has made his way up from Florida and Massachusetts to Concord during the last year, was arrested and held without bail two weeks ago on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges.
Mohammed-Amin Habjouqa, 34, was arrested and charged at 5:37 p.m. on May 16.
According to a Concord Police report, an officer was called to the Hess station on Hall Street for a report of a man who allegedly threw his backpack at a car while trying to fight with the operator of the vehicle. Dispatch reported that the man had left the area and appeared to have a mental health issue.

The officer reported that a couple of hours before, he was dispatched to Hall Street for a man who had charged at a vehicle. During that altercation, the officer met up with a Bow Police Department officer who was also assisting and identified the man as Habjouqa, a homeless man new to the area from Massachusetts.
During the second call, the officer wasn’t immediately able to find Habjouqa. But while driving later on Water Street, the officer caught up with Habjouqa walking north near The Common Man. The officer pulled over to speak with Habjouqa and he allegedly darted away from the officer, through four lanes of traffic, toward the CVS across the street, and then behind the building by the railroad tracks.

The officer went over to CVS and gave chase along the railroad tracks, ordering Habjouqa to stop. Other officers also converged on the scene.
Eventually, at around South Main and Gas streets, Habjouqa, out of breath, fell to the ground and surrendered, according to the officer.
“As in my past dealing with him, his speech was all over the place and could not carry a conversation,” the officer alleged.
During one of Habjouqa's rants, he alleged that one of the officers stole a book from him while in New York City.
A sergeant later reported to the officer that he had dealings with Habjouqa at KFC on Hall Street earlier in the shift, with Habjouqa reportedly leaving his backpack at the establishment, an action that made some nervous at the restaurant. KFC also requested a no trespassing order against Habjouqa.
While in his holding cell, Habjouqa allegedly went on “nonsensical raps and rants” that included that he was going to kill everyone in America, according to the officer. The report noted that Habjouqa said he was happy that Pakistan had nuclear weapons and used a sexual term to describe his mother.
Habjouqa was held on cash bail and arraigned on May 17.
The week before this incident, on May 8, at around 5 p.m., Bedford Police were called to South River Road for a report of suspicious activity. Habjouqa, who reportedly told police he lived in Woburn, Mass., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
In July of last year, Habjouqa was reportedly arrested in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and charged with loitering or prowling. According to published reports, he was also arrested in 2001 in Cobb, GA, on unknown charges.
