Concord Police arrest Jaffrey man for drunk driving, alleged Laconia drug dealers charged, Crutchfield Building incident leads to charges.

CONCORD, NH — Cole T. Bernard, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on Sept. 30, 2016, on for theft and on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Jonathan M. McCarthy, 33, of Pitman Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:28 a.m. on Sept. 30, 2016, for three counts of simple assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest or detention, and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Pitman Street.

Brendon G. Soodek, 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on Sept. 30, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident on Pleasant Street.
Timothy A. Malone, 37, of Strafford Street in Laconia, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2016, for possession of a controlled/narcotic drug with intent to distribute and a bench warrant. Also arrested was Briana Damore, 19, of Union Avenue in Laconia, for possession of a controlled/narcotic drug with intent to distribute. They were arrested after an alleged incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Lucas C. Dow, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief after an alleged incident on North Spring Street.
Alexander M. Foley, 23, of Bye Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2016, for operating without a valid license and suspended registration after an alleged incident on Village Street in Penacook.
Mark P. Haas, 29, of Blake Street in Jaffrey, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2016, for two counts of driving while intoxicated after an alleged incident on Loudon Road near the Stove Barn.
