Hooksett Man Arrested On Kidnapping, Gun Threat Charges: Roundup

Plus: Concord and Santa Fe men arrested by Hooksett police on a drunken driving charges; Gilford man picked up on drug possession charges.

HOOKSETT, NH — Victor Anctil, 38, pictured lower left, of Gilford, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2019, on drug possession charges. At around 9:45 a.m., officers approached a man who was walking out of the woods near the closed weigh station on West River Road. While speaking with him, "a green prescription type bottle could be seen sticking out of his pocket," according to a report. "He stated it was Tylenol," a sergeant alleged. Anctil is reported to have handed over the bottle to officers. Police alleged that the bottle contain of methamphetamine and Suboxone and Anctil was arrested. He's due in Merrimack County Superior Court on Sept. 26.

Danny Bordeleau, 42, upper left, of Hooksett, was arrested on Aug. 27, and charged with domestic violence-kidnapping, domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and two domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. At 7:15 a.m., Hooksett police with the help of state troopers received a report of a woman being threatening by her ex-boyfriend with a firearm. The woman told police she went to the home to give him a ride and was "threatened multiple times" and "restricted from leaving" a residence. Eventually, "she was able to convince (Bordeleau) to take her out of restraints and they left the house together," according to a report. While in a vehicle, she was able to escape and flag down a state trooper for assistance. Bordeleau was found by police walking on the Londonderry Turnpike near Auburn Road where he was arrested and held. A sergeant reported that evidence of the crime, including the suspected gun, were recovered after a search warrant was executed.

David Moody, 25, upper right, of Concord, was arrested on July 28, on a DUI charge. At around 10 p.m., an officer on West River Road near Pine Street stopped a vehicle for speeding. The driver, Moody, reportedly smelled like alcohol and "admitted to drinking" prior to driving, according to a sergeant. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested. At police headquarters, police reported that Moody agreed to a breathalyzer test and is accused of blowing a 0.13 BrAC.

Corey Desharnais, 32, lower right, of Santa Fe, New Mexico, was arrested on July 19, and charged with DUI. At around 1:45 a.m., an officer spotted a Ford pickup truck on Hooksett Road near the McDonald's Restaurant without rear taillights. After a traffic stop, Desharnais was questioned and police accused him of being impaired. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested.
