How Does Concord Prepare for Snowstorms?
A behind-the-scenes look at what goes on in the capital city's General Services Department.

Have you ever wondered what the Concord General Services Department does to prepare for snowstorms like the upcoming blizzard that has been nicknamed Juno, due to hit New Hampshire tonight?
