Hunt For New Hampshire Fugitive Kevin Paul Leads To Concord
An SUV owned by a felon who walked away from a sober house 11 days ago was found in the parking lot of a Loudon Road apartment complex.
CONCORD, NH — The search for a fugitive who left a sober house in Manchester earlier this month without his GPS tracking bracelet led investigators to Concord Tuesday after a vehicle registered in his name was found in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the Heights. Around 1 p.m., an officer checking plates in the parking lot of the Parkview Place apartment complex came across a gray Chevrolet Equinox SUV with New Hampshire plates owned by Kevin Paul, a career criminal and felon, who went missing out of Manchester since early February. Police in Manchester issued an alert for assistance finding him on Feb. 14.
The check of the plate led police to coordinate backup for the officer, including contact with officials in Hillsborough County. Police began staging units around the building while New Hampshire Department of Corrections officials also arrived at the complex.
A tenant of the building was questioned but Paul was not found in the building.
