When they arrived, they saw the firefighters holding down a man – later identified as Bouchard – while he was yelling, “I’ll f----g kill you n-----s” and “I’ll f-----g kill you all.” The reporting officer put Bouchard in handcuffs and then spoke to firefighters.
The firefighters reported that they were called to the building for an alarm and Bouchard allegedly admitted to it, while “yelling at them,” and “hitting the Engine with his hands.” Twice, they alleged, Bouchard tried to push through firefighters to get back into the building. While holding him back, Bouchard allegedly struck one firefighter in the face, backed away, got a running start, and charged at a second firefighter. The other firefighters grabbed him and took Bouchard to the ground, where he was pinned until police arrived, according to the affidavit.

Bouchard was brought to his feet and allegedly screamed at one of the officers, “I’ll f----g kill you n----r!” That officer brought him to the station to be processed while the reporting officer spoke to witnesses.
One witness, a friend, stated that Bouchard lived in the building, and he and another man were allegedly intoxicated and walking in the hallways with vodka. He brought them in to his apartment to sober up. After making coffee, Bouchard allegedly grabbed the man’s keys and said he was going to the store and ran to the man’s car. The man stated that he got in the car before Bouchard and held down the locks, attempting to keep him out. Bouchard then left the area and the next thing he knew, the fire alarm was going off in the building.
The reporting officer was then requested to go to Concord Hospital after Bouchard was brought there for treatment. A sergeant stated that he refused to be processed due to his alleged drunkenness. He was reportedly taken in on a gurney, without incident. But after getting put in a room, Bouchard allegedly began using profanity and racial slurs, swung his legs wildly, and struck a sergeant, according to the affidavit.
“N----r, you don’t get it. I own a gun and I am not kidding. I’m going to kill you,” the sergeant alleged Bouchard said to him.
After Bouchard was medically cleared, he was transported to jail and held.
According to TCPalm.com, a newspaper in Stuart, FL, Bouchard was arrested three weeks later, on felony charges including fleeing and eluding and battery on an officer. The charges, according to BailBondCity.com, also included DUI with property damage. He was held on $16,500.
In October 2015, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader, Bouchard’s license was revoked for driving while intoxicated.
In August 2014, he was arrested at his home in Weare on a Londonderry warrant on a theft charge.
