CONCORD, NH — The city of Concord's General Services Department has issued a downtown snow removal parking ban for Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

The ban will begin at 11:59 p.m. and run through 7 a.m.

During this time period, there will be no on-street parking in specific areas of the city to allow for snow removal on streets and sidewalks.

Concord police will be ticketing vehicles and having them towed while the streets are being cleared of snow.

Free parking is available in all city garages between 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. in permit-lease spaces — those spaces are marked with signage and 9 a.m. for metered spaces. City garages are located on School Street, State Street, and Storrs Street.
