Lawrence Man Attempts To Illegally Obtain NH License Again: NHSP
"Javier Guzman" allegedly said he was from Salem in 2015, even though he had docs saying he was from Mass. He was arrested again yesterday.

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police have arrested a Massachusetts man on charges after he allegedly attempted to obtain a driver’s license in the Granite State – something he also tried to do nearly three years ago. Troopers are not sure of the man’s identity but are using the name “Javier Guzman” to identify him. He was arrested on Feb. 8, 2018, for unsworn falsification and tampering with public records.

According to state police, at around 10:15 a.m. yesterday, officials at the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles in Concord alerted troopers from Troop G about a man who may have used fraudulent documents to obtain a license back in 2010. A trooper arrived at the scene and spoke to staff and the man and realized that the same man was arrested on April 20, 2015, in Salem.

“In 2015, Troopers responded to that location and determined that the male subject had used fraudulent documents to obtain a New Hampshire driver license identifying himself as Javier Guzman of Salem,” noted Staff Sgt. Andrew Player of the NHSP. “At that time the male subject was identified as Jairo Nunez, 29, of Lawrence, MA, and taken into custody at the Division of Motor Vehicles in Salem pending charges of unsworn falsification and tampering with public records.”
Yesterday, again, the man was allegedly identifying himself as “Javier Guzman” again, and reportedly attempted to re-instate a suspended New Hampshire license. The man was arrested, refused bail, and was held in the Merrimack County House of Corrections.
