LOG: ‘Urine Running Down Pleasant St’ Lands Woman in Jail

Aaron Peltier, 26, of New Hampton, was arrested at 2 a.m. on March 1, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of controlled drugs without a prescription. Carley Short, 19, of New Hampton, was arrested at 3:55 a.m. on March 1, on an unlawfuil possession of alcohol charge. An officer on North Main Street saw a 2003 Hyundai Elantra with a temporary plate traveling north with a headline out. The vehicle was pulled over near the Cumberland Farms. The driver, Peltier, reportedly told the officer that the car was his girlfriend’s (Short) and he was heading to picking her up at Friendly’s because she had been drinking and didn’t want to drive home drunk. Peltier allegedly told the officer he had moved to New Hampshire from Arizona a month before but didn’t have license, which he left at home. Dispatch said that his license was suspended and he was arrested. During an inventory of the vehicle, an officer allegedly found a glass pipe containing burnt marijuana, two prescription pills (later ID’d as 50 mg tablets of Quetiapine Fumarate), and a hypodermic needle that appeared to be used. When notified that he would be facing more charges, Peltier allegedly denied knowing about the pills or the needle. An officer went to Friendly’s to make contact with Short, who was allegedly “emotional” while speaking to the officer. “Her attitude fluctuated between periods of crying, anger, and happiness,” the officer wrote. Short, who appeared to be drunk, according to the officer, refused a field sobriety test and was arrested. Both had court dates on March 31.

David E. Goodsell, 69, of Concord, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on March 1, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). While monitoring traffic at L.A.D. Welding on Fisherville Road, an officer saw a 2004 Pontiac Montana drive by with no inspection sticker. The vehicle was stopped near Hutchins Street. The driver, Goodsell, reportedly stated he had been trying to get the vehicle inspected since Nov. 1, 2013, but it “had many problems” and wasn’t able to fix them all. A check of Goodsell revealed a suspended license and registrations and he was arrested. He was also cited for driving an uninspected vehicle. He had a court date on March 31.

April Myers, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on March 1, on a public disposal of human waste city ordinance violation. An officer at a vehicle stop on Pleasant near Rumford Street reportedly heard a woman yelling for help as she walked across the street toward the officer. Another officer was called to the scene as the first officer spoke to the woman, Myers. “Myers stated that she was drunk and she wanted me to arrest her,” the officer alleged, clearing the traffic stop while the second officer arrived. Myers then allegedly “pulled down her pants and underwear” and “squatted down next to a snowbank and began to urinate,” according to the report. “I observed a stream of urine running down Pleasant St.,” the officer alleged. Myers was arrested and transported to Concord Hospital for medical clearance. She was then transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections and held without bail. She was arraigned on March 3.

James Figueira, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on March 2, on two driving while intoxicated charges. An officer driving on North Main Street reportedly saw a 2009 Ford Fusion pull out of a parking space and drive north without its lights on. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Figueira, allegedly had bloodshot eyes and heavy eyelids. He allegedly spoke with slurred speech and the officer could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle. Figueira agreed to field sobriety tests, allegedly “staggering” from the vehicle, “unsteady on his feet,” and was later arrested. He was also cited for not having his headlights on. He had a court date on March 17.

Judith A. Fose, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. on March 2, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and criminal mischief (vandalism). Officers were called to Canton Circle for a domestic disturbance between a couple with dispatch reporting that the man could be heard yelling in the background. The arriving officers heard “a loud exchange” between the couple and attempted to enter the home but the door was locked. Later, another man opened the door, and explained that he was sleeping and woke up to the couple fighting. The couple separated and the woman, Fose, reportedly told officers that her husband made a comment that made her angry. She alleged that the husband “raised the laptop and attempted to strike her with it.” Fose allegedly admitted to grabbing the laptop and putting it in the bathroom tub, where it cracked and cut her hand. The officer went to speak to the husband who said everything was fine that day. After they returned from a community meeting, he said, his wife took a shower while he worked on preparing for a nursing school exam. He alleged that his wife became angry and began to yell at him about communicating with other women on his laptop. The man reported that he had a child overseas from a previous relationship and was communicating with her to check on his child. Fose allegedly grabbed the computer and bent it backwards, causing it to crack. She allegedly then put it into the tub and turned the water on. He then went to leave the home and Fose allegedly pushed him and struck him in the face. She was arrested and had a court date on March 31.

Kerri Molan, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on March 2, on a receiving stolen property charge from Aug. 6, 2013. The items were eight Target gift cards owned by the Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover. Molan had a court date on March 31.

Carlee Ann Shields, 35, of Morrisville, VT, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on March 2, on a felony forgery and receiving stolen property charges from September 2005, involving the TD Bank NH and Top Notch Upholstery on Old Turnpike Road. A Concord officer drove to Tilton for a prisoner exchange with Bristol Police who picked up Shields on a warrant from November 2005. She had a court date on March 31.

Frederick E. Estes, 45, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:14 p.m. on March 2, on a bench warrant. Fire and rescue teams along with police were called to Chuck’s Used Furniture for a report of a suicidal subject. Upon arrival, Estes, the subject, reportedly stated that he wanted to go to the hospital but gave no reason why. Dispatch later advised that he had an electronic bench warrant for nonpayment of a fine on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and he was arrested. Estes was held without bail and arraigned on March 3.

Paige A. Dodsworth, 20, of Bow, received a summons at 5:15 p.m. on March 2, for driving after revocation or suspension. Dodsworth was stopped at the intersection of Fisherville Road and Sewalls Falls Road. Dispatch advised that her license was suspended on Oct. 4, 2013, for indefinite suspension out of Hooksett District Court. Her boyfriend came to pick up the car and she’s due in court on April 14.

Christopher Robert Roy, 25, of Boscawen, received a summons at 5:15 p.m. on March 2, on a possession of alcoholic beverages on public property, a city ordinance violation, outside of the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. According to police, Roy was asleep in a parked 2002 Toyota Celica with an open can of Budweiser between his legs. He is due in court on April 14.
