CONCORD, NH — A murder suspect was arrested in Newport on Saturday, according to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.

Around 12:30 p.m., Hanover police were called to Route 10 in Orford for a report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found a dead woman, later identified as Brooke Goodrich, 25.
