Man from Franklin Faces Two Assault Charges on Pavillion Drive

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Christopher Engelhardt, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 11:34 a.m. on Nov. 2, and charged with conduct after an accident and default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Oct. 2, at Adams Lock & Safe on Hall Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man who was a stranger to Engelhardt. Pictures of the accident were taken along with pieces of a car at the scene. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. He has a court date on Dec. 3.
  • Mark Greenwood, 54, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 3, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and possession of controlled drugs, a felony. He was arrested at 9:03 p.m. on Fisherville Road. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. He had a court date on Dec. 3.
  • Brandon John Gilligan, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Nov. 16, on a resisting arrest or detention charge. He was arrested at 2:04 p.m. at the Concord Public Library on Green Street. He refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 19.
  • Raymond Defosses, 25, of Franklin, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 17, on two simple assault (personal weapons) charges. He was arrested about an hour after alleged incidents on Pavillion Drive. The alleged victim was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Defosses is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Dolly C. Anderson, 37, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 17, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on Peterson Circle. Police allege that she assaulted her son, a Concord teenager. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Anderson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Evan R. Brown, 38, of Hooksett, was arrested on Nov. 17, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 8:03 a.m. at the intersection of Manchester Street and Airport Road. According to an arrest report, blood was drawn from Brown at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Brown is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Kathleen Grace Tilley, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 17, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. She was arrested at 3:33 p.m. at Walmart on Loudon road. Police allege that Tilley stole $21.25 worth of merchandise, $19.27 of which was recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Tilley is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Brian D. Fernandes, 33, of Weare, was arrested on Nov. 17, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 7:10 p.m. about 40 minutes after an alleged accident on Loudon Road.
  • Christina Wheeler, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Nov 18, and charged with suspended registration (operating-misd) and driving after revocation or suspension. She was arrested at 11:07 a.m. after being pulled over at the intersection of North State and Warren streets.
  • Shelby Weston, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Nov. 18, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 3:41 p.m. at the LL Bean Outlet on Fort Eddy Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Weston is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Robert Kevin Curtis, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 8:43 a.m. on Nov. 19, on a duty to report charge from Aug. 20. He was arrested at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Curtis is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Sean Vandell, 28, of Northfield, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a warrant out of the Sanborton Police Department for breach of bail. He was arrested at 8:47 a.m. at the Goodwill on Loudon Road. Vandell is due in Franklin District Court on Dec. 13.
  • Ethan Snow, 20, of Concord, received a summons at 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 19, for negligent driving near Sewalls Falls Road and Second Street on Nov. 18. Snow allegedly struck a mailbox causing $50 worth of damage at a 18 Second Street home. He is due in court on Dec. 17.
