Dispatch advised that 911 received a call from a man asking if they were the police. After learning they were not the police, the individual reportedly stated that he was smashing windows, according to a court affidavit.

When officers arrived, they found a man, Gurski, “pacing back and forth while talking on the phone,” according to a report. The officers approached Gurski and he allegedly threw up his arms in the air and stated, “Let’s go,” while posturing in “an aggressive manner.”

The officer noted that he had had previous interaction with Gurski, so he was handcuffed for officer protection and advised he was being detained “until further notice,” according to the report.

“I asked Brandon what happened and he stated that he threw rocks at the glass door to McDonalds,” the officer alleged. “I asked him why and he stated that he was looking to get arrested.”

Another officer spoke to employees who stated they didn’t know what was going on, at first, but became alarmed once they realized he was allegedly throwing rocks at the door. “I looked at the glass door and saw that there was a chip in it,” the officer reported. “Brandon was advised that he was now under arrest. At that time, Brandon stated, ‘Woo-hoo!’”

He refused bail and was held.

According to online reports, Gurski was arrested last year for allegedly scratching “white power” into a car downtown. In 2013, he was arrested for criminal trespass, simple assault, and attempted to commit theft in Nashua. Gurski was arrested for disorderly conduct in 2012 in Nashua, according to Patch.
