Man Who Allegedly Threatened to Kill Girlfriend in Trouble Again

Concord Police file more charges against Boscawen man.

A former Concord resident previously arrested earlier this year on numerous assault and criminal threatening charges is facing more allegations.

Marc Mallard, 30, now of Boscawen, was issued a summons at 12:40 p.m. on Sept. 19, to appear in court on a number of new charges. The charges include four counts of violation of a protective order; penalty, four counts of default or breach of bail conditions, and one felony count of tampering with witnesses and informants (intimidation).

The charges stem from alleged incidents in May, June, July, and August of this year, involving alleged interaction with his girlfriend, a Concord woman.

The charges to relate to a string of incidents where police allege that Mallard assaulted and threatening to kill his girlfriend, endangered the welfare his daughter, and false imprisonment charges.

The incidents reportedly began back in late April when police were called to a home on Laurel Street after Mallard allegedly made the threats and police could heard noise inside the apartment. The woman and child were eventually able to escape the apartment.
