Manchester Woman Arrested On DUI Charge Downtown: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Tyler J. Payne, born in 1985, of Weare, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on March 27, 2025, on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and operating without a valid license charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Garvins Falls Road.

Kenneth Harzmovitch, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 6:44 a.m. on March 26 on felony possession of a controlled drug, disorderly conduct, breach of bail, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Goodyear Auto Service Center at 86 S. Main St.

Colin C. Dowling, born 1987, of Canterbury, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on March 25 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation on Joffre Street.

Cory A. George, born in 1989, of Andover, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on March 25 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Perley Street.

Amanda Lynn Stewart, born in 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 9:30 p.m. on March 23 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Sonoma Lane.

Megan Elise Grenon, born in 2002, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. on March 21 on a driving under the influence charge and a stop signs; yield signs violation after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Mark Lee Tilden, born in 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on March 21 on a warrant and bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Regional Drive. He was also given a summons on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Lisamarie Luz, born in 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 3:55 a.m. on March 15 on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jason John McGill, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. on March 14 on misdemeanor sexual assault, simple assault, and indecent exposure-gross lewdness charges. Nathaniel Scott Doyle, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. on March 11 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation under the Interstate 393 bridge.

Myk Taylor Neuner, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on March 11 on theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus and receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus charges, both felonies, as well as theft of services-less than $1,000 and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.
