Marshals Hunting for Haitian Felon on Violation of Conditions Charge
Richard Guerrier, who was convicted of illegal entry after deportation, is this week's New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week.

CONCORD, NH — A Haitian national with previous aggravated felony convictions and who entered the United States illegally and was convicted of illegal entry after deportation, is wanted for the violation of the conditions of his release and is this week’s The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force. Richard Guerrier, either 34 or 40, is being sought on a warrant issued in May 2005.

Guerrier – who also reportedly uses the aliases “Viggins Guerrier” and “Carlos Guerrier” – was previously convicted of illegal entry after deportation and allegedly violated the conditions of his release, according to Deputy Marshal Jamie Berry. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs around 150 lbs., has brown eyes and black hair. Guerrier also has a scar on his forehead and right eye, according to marshals.

According to Justia.com, Guerrier was deported from the United States back to Haiti in May 1999. He was arrested again in the United States in November 2002 and was indicted about five months later. Guerrier was later convicted but appealed stating that he had evidence that his deceased biological father was a citizen. In 2004, he was unable to satisfy all the legal requirements proving that he had dual citizenship based on this birth information, according to the site. He pleaded guilty and was given a sentence of more than two years, due to prior convictions of aggravated felonies. In May 2005, he alleged violated the terms of his release and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Guerrier was last known to live in the Manchester area where he has family, friends, and associates throughout the area.
