Investigators were following up on leads this morning when they developed information that Webber might be at a motel on Route 11 in Rochester, “staying with friends,” according to White.

“Acting on this information, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force from the Strafford and Rockingham County Sheriff’s Offices, along with deputy U.S. Marshals located and arrested Webber without incident at a Rochester motel,” White noted. “Mr. Webber was then transported to the Strafford County Department of Corrections where he will be held pending his court appearance.”
