Marshals Searching For Convicted Heroin Dealer On Escape Status

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for a New Hampshire halfway house inmate placed on escape status last week. Louis Bradley Tobin is 32, about 5-feet, 9-inches tall, and weighs around 175 lbs. He has various tattoos including the words "FEAR THIS" on the fingers of his hands. Tobin also has vines tattooed on his left leg, a full sleeve of tattoos on his left arm, and a half sleeve, with tribal symbols on his right arm, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.

"Tobin was serving part of his sentence for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin at a Manchester Halfway House," White said. "On Aug. 15, Tobin walked away from the Hampshire House in Manchester at 1:14 a.m. and was last seen in Nashua, NH, later that day."

The warrant for Tobin's arrest was issued the next day by the U.S. District Court. He has "an extensive criminal history" and ties to both Vermont and upstate New York, White added. Marshals also put a "known to abuse narcotics" notice on the task force alert.
