Marshals Seek Tips In Failure To Appear On Drug Possession Case

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help locating a southern New Hampshire man wanted on numerous charges. Scott Andrew Belville, 50, is accused of failing to appear in court on possession of crack cocaine and transporting drugs charges. He is 5-feet, 10-inches tall, weighs around 180 lbs., and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, stated that Belville may be using aliases of his last name spelled in varying ways. He also has a tattoo on left shoulder of a musical note and scar on his left hand.

A warrant for his arrest was issued on March 4, 2019, out of Rockingham County.

"Belville is wanted for failing to appear on cocaine related offenses," White stated. "Belville is known to have ties to the Dover and Londonderry, NH, areas."

According to Derry police, Belville was arrested in February 2018, in that community after a motor vehicle stop on Ash Street. He was found to have an electronic bench warrant for willful concealment and a warrant on trafficking in fentanyl charge in Massachusetts. Belville was also charged with possession of cocaine and transporting drugs. His bail was set at $10,000 cash.

Belville was arrested in June 2017, in Londonderry, on a theft-shoplifting charge. He was living in Dover at the time, according to police. In May 2011, Rockingham County Sheriffs arrested Belville, who was living in Newmarket at the time, on a violation of probation charge after being convicted of possession of heroin. He was also arrested in Londonderry on March 20, 2011, on driving after revocation or suspension and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle charges as well as an electronic bench warrant.
