Missing Hopkinton Woman Found After She Drives Her Car, Gets Stuck On Warner OHRV Trail
Valerie Reinhart was found on the Bound Tree OHRV Trail on Monday after police requested assistance from New Hampshire Fish & Game.

WARNER, NH — New Hampshire Fish & Game search and rescue teams were able to find a missing Hopkinton woman who reportedly drove her car onto an OHRV trail.
Around noon on Monday, Hopkinton police requested assistance finding Valerie Reinhart, 39, who was last seen by her family on Saturday. Police said on Sunday, she notified her family her sedan was stuck on the off-highway recreational vehicle trail in the area of the Bound Tree trail system, Sgt. Kevin Bronson, a conservation officer, said.
“At the time,” he added, “conservation officers were notified Reinhart was no longer answering her phone, contact had not been made with her for approximately 12 hours, and her location was unknown.”

Fish and game searched the area between Warner and Hopkinton, including checking backroads and other areas. Around 2:30 p.m., Reinhart was found in her car, which was stuck, on Trail One, also known as Class 6 Road in Warner.
“The car was stuck in rough terrain and the trail was under high water in many places due to recent heavy rains,” Bronson said. “Conservation officers utilized ATVs to get Reinhart back to Bound Tree Road in Hopkinton.”

Warner police took Reinhart home and Above All Towing was requested to remove the car from the trail system.
Bronson said fish and game officials remind people that “conventional motor vehicles,” like a car, “should never be operated on OHRV trails.” He said OHRV trails are “clearly marked” for only those vehicles.
“Due to recent heavy rain and flooding, these areas are particularly rough and unpredictable,” he said.
