Missing NH Teen Found
New Hampshire State Police thank media outlets for assistance with Joyce Gilbert case.

SALISBURY, NH - The New Hampshire State Police issued a short statement on May 6, 2016, confirming rumors from earlier today that missing Salisbury teen, Joyce Gilbert, had been found.
Sgt. Ron Taylor stated that Gilbert had been “safety located,” according to the statement.
“We wish to thank everyone for their assistance,” he added.

Gilbert was reported missing on April 29, 2016, and last seen on April 30, at the Walmart in Tilton.
Friends of the family reported to Concord NH Patch that the teen was still missing early this morning and were asking residents to check sheds and barns to see if she was hiding out. At 3:45 p.m., another note stated that she had been found, but state police did not confirm it until just after 8:30 p.m. tonight.
