More Charges Filed Against Landry

Concord Police allege that Concord man stole a television in November.

A man accused in a number of theft crimes around the city was recently arraigned on another charge issued last month, according to a Concord Police arrest report.

Timothy F. Landry, 27, of Concord, received a summons at 10 a.m. on Jan. 2, for burglary and receiving stolen property, both felonies.

The charges stem from an alleged incident on Rollins Street at around 8 a.m. on Nov. 25, 2013, involving a 32-inch Insigna television.

On the date in question, an officer spoke with Landry at Concord District Court about additional warrants for his arrest that would be issued. Landry, who is currently incarcerated, had been at the court for a probable cause hearing. He was also arraigned on the new charges.

Concord Police investigators have linked Landry to a number of theft allegations including a Gilmore Street home that he was assisting a contractor doing work on the home. Landry is also alleged to have walked away from a dining bill at the Friendly’s Restaurant on North Main Street and the theft of tools from another contractor he was reportedly doing business with.
