More Snow, Sleet, And Ice Expected In Parts Of New Hampshire, Weather Forecasters Say
A National Weather Service "winter weather advisory" says ice and up to 5 inches of snow can be expected through Friday afternoon in NH.
CONCORD, NH — Weather forecasters are warning of dangerous travel conditions due to snow, ice, and sleet through Friday afternoon due to a storm system moving into the region.
A winter weather advisory was issued Thursday morning, suggesting as much as 4 inches of snow is expected, as well as half an inch of sleet and a tenth of an inch of ice in eastern, central, and western Hillsborough County, interior Rockingham County, and the Seacoast. The storm is expected to end around 1 p.m. on Friday.
“Difficult travel conditions are possible due to slippery road conditions,” the alert stated. “This is especially true on untreated side roads. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.”

Forecasters suggested driving slowly and using caution while traveling.
In Concord and the capital region, up to 3 inches of snow is expected before 2 p.m. on Friday. Temperatures will be in the lower 30s. In Nashua and central and southern communities, snow and sleet will continue through 4 p.m. with up to 4 inches expected. Snow is expected to end around 4 p.m. on Friday on the Seacoast and then switch over to rain. Wind gusts could be as high as 20 mph. Up to 5 inches of snow and sleet are expected.

More spring-like temps are expected on Saturday with mostly cloudy skies, with highs in the upper 40s or lower 50s. Rain is expected overnight and in the early morning hours.
The sun returns on Sunday with highs in the lower 50s.
Temps are expected to be in the 50s and 60s next week before more rain on Wednesday.
