NH Corrections Seeks Help Finding Sullivan County Drug Felon; Warrant Issued In April
Dylan Joseph Levesque is wanted on a probation violation after receiving repeated suspended sentences and violating parole.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding a Sullivan County fugitive wanted for a probation violation.
Dylan Joseph Levesque is white, 23, about 6 feet, 4 inches tall, and weighs around 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. According to investigators, Levesque has a smiley face tattoo on his left hand but no known aliases.
“In April of 2025, Levesque absconded from supervision, and Sullivan County Superior Court issued a warrant for his arrest,” the department said. “Levesque has ties to the Sullivan County area.”

Levesque’s criminal history includes, but is not limited to, drug possession, theft, escape, and violations of probation, officials said.

According to superior court records, his more serious allegations date back more than five and a half years.
In January 2020, Levesque was charged with felony conspiracy theft-$1,501-plus, but a year later, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge and received a 12-month sentence, suspended for three years, and a $2,773.89 restitution charge, paid out to several people. In August 2023, he was found to be in violation of probation or parole and sent to jail for 60 days.
In Claremont, in November 2022, he was charged with acts prohibited, falsifying physical evidence, and resisting arrest. In May 2023, Levesque pleaded guilty to the acts prohibited charge and received a 12-month sentence and $434 fine, both suspended for two years with two years probation. Thirteen days later, a warrant was issued for his arrest, accusing him of violating probation. In July 2023, he received a 12-month jail sentence with 36 days of time served. Three times, in April of this year, Levesque received warning letters from the court, the docs said.
Levesque was charged with two counts of forgery in April 2023 after an incident in Claremont. He pleaded guilty to one count in August 2023. Levesque received a three-and-a-half- to seven-year sentence, all suspended for five years.
Also in July 2023, Levesque was accused of drug possession in Claremont after an incident in April of that year. He pleaded guilty to the charge in July 2023, receiving a three-and-a-half- to seven-year sentence and $620 in fines, all suspended for five years, and two years probation.
On April 15, the case was reopened, and Levesque was accused of violating probation.
