New Hampshire Fugitive Accused Of Parole Violations: Marshals

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshal's-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for a convicted sex offender is also wanted on parole violations.

Jessica Lee Michaud, who is 37, is 5 feet 0-7 inches tall and weighs between 130 and 175 pounds. She has hazel eyes and brown hair. Michaud, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, has tattoos on her both hands and on her left wrist and right forearm and has a pierced nose.

"Michaud is wanted for failing to maintain her sex offender and a parole violation," White said. " is required to register as a sex offender due to a 2003 case for indecent exposure to a minor. Michaud is on parole after a prior conviction of smuggling contraband into a prison. Michaud was last known to be in Manchester, NH, where she has extensive ties to family, friends and associates."
